Belalie Arts Society Inc - Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event 2009
The Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event 2009, presented by the Belalie Arts Society Inc of 6 Irvine Street, Jamestown, is to be held in Jamestown on Friday 27th March, 2009 and at the Bundaleer Forest on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th March, 2009.
The Bundaleer Forest is managed by Forestry SA. The Belalie Arts Society Inc is licensed to use dedicated areas within the Forest for the provision of the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event by Forestry SA.

All prices are correct at the time of printing the brochure.
Refunds - Entrance tickets, accommodation, tours.
The Belalie Arts Society Inc reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee on any entrance ticket, accommodation bookings or bus and 4WD tours purchased through the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event office up to 28th February, 2009. Cancellations received from 1st March 2009, a 100% cancellation will be applicable on any entrance ticket, accommodation bookings or bus and 4WD tours purchased through the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event office.
Tickets
Ticket price is inclusive of GST. Receipts will only be issued on request. Please check your ticket/s carefully and contact the Event Office if you have any queries regarding your tickets, tours, accommodation or chairs purchased. In the event you cannot attend tickets are transferable.
Event tickets, bus and 4WD tours, chairs for the Twilight Concert and accommodation reservations transacted through the Event Office. Should the Event Office receive a booking form or other correspondence with remuneration via Australia Post, email, facsimile or other means and the product requested is unavailable at the time of receipt of such request, due to either being sold out, or cancelled by the provider of that service, the Belalie Arts Society Inc through the Presenters, reserves the right to refund the full amount paid and advise the unavailability of all or any of the products so requested, without further costs payable.
Cancellation of Event by Event Presenters
The Event Presenters, on behalf of the Belalie Arts Society Inc., reserve the right to cancel all or part of the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event 2009 due to unforeseen circumstances and without prior notice to patrons.
If cancellation of the Event is deemed necessary, a full refund will be provided on such unused portion of entrance fees or tours as the Presenter in its sole discretion shall determine.
Accommodation booked through the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event office will not attract a refund should the event be cancelled by the organizers less than 3 days prior to the 27th March 2009. If the Event Presenters cancel all or part of the programmed activities on 27th, 28th or 29th March 2009 the Belalie Arts Society Inc may provide a refund, such refund as the Presenter in its sole discretion shall determine, in relation to event tickets, bus or 4WD tours.
Program of Activities
The Event Presenters reserve the right to change program content, venues, event timetable and remove artists or performers from the program without prior notice to patrons.

What to Bring
Hay bale seating is provided throughout the venue. You may wish to bring a rug or a cushion for extra comfort. For the Twilight Concert a limited number of chairs are available at a cost of $5.00 each (there is no charge for holders of a disabled car sticker). For safety reasons FOLD UP CHAIRS ARE NOT PERMITTED into the site.
The weather could be warm and sunny, but the nights are often quite cool, so dress accordingly. Comfortable walking shoes are advisable. Bring a broad brim hat, insect repellent, sun glasses and sun screen. The Forest is a natural environment with potential asthma and allergy triggers and undulating terrain, so come prepared.
Money
Credit card facilities will be available at the Bundaleer Bar. Cash-out and Eftpos facilities are not available at the site, but are available in Jamestown. A bank ATM is situated at the side of the ANZ Bank and inside the Commercial and Jamestown Hotels, all situated in the main street, Jamestown's hotels and supermarkets have Eftpos facilities, as do most Jamestown businesses.
Photographs
Unless you have written permission from the organisers you may not use any photographs taken at the event for commercial purposes. Sound and video recordings are also off limits, so please respect the rights of our performers in this regard.
Glass and Alcohol
Glass containers and alcohol are not permitted to be brought into the site, under the Liquor Licensing Terms and Conditions for the Event. Food and Beveridge prices are modest.
Smoking
For everyone's safety and comfort the Bundaleer Forest Weekend is a Smoke Free Event. As the Event is held during Forestry SA's Total Fire Ban period there is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on the site.
Parking
Free parking is provided. No liability is accepted by the Belalie Arts Society Inc or the Event Presenters for damage to patrons vehicles or theft from any unattended vehicles. Please heed the directions of car park attendants.
Transport
If you are staying at Burra or Clare there will be a bus service available on Saturday, returning after the Twilight Concert. Bookings essential, cost
$30 pp. Regular shuttle buses will run between Jamestown and the Bundaleer Forest on Saturday only. Jamestown's Taxi service is available 24 hours by phoning 0429 640 000.
Disability access
The picnic ground and main stage areas have wheelchair access and there are disability toilets on site. An access bus is available from the car park to the Twilight Concert. Some of the Walks performance sites are wheelchair accessible.
Curnow's Camp
Prebooked, unpowered sites are available on the Bundaleer Cricket Club Ground site (referred to as Curnow's Camp). The Bundaleer Sport and Recreation Association, the Bundaleer Cricket Club and the Belalie Arts Society Inc accept no liability whatsoever for any damage, theft or injury sustained by patrons purchasing and occupying camp site/s either whilst attended or unattended.
These sites may be occupied from Thursday 26th March 2009 through to 9 am on Monday 30th March 2009 and patrons are to be solely responsible for equipment and personal possessions at their selected site at all times.
Pets
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can pets be brought into the Bundaleer Forest Weekend Event, nor be left unattended in the car park, nor will any pets be permitted at CURNOW'S CAMP site.
