WHAT TO BRING

Hay bale seating is provided throughout the venue. You may wish to bring a rug or a cushion for extra comfort. If you require a chair, for the Twilight Concert please book one in advance with the Event Office on 8664 0455. Cost of chair is $5 per person. No charge for holder of disabled car sticker.

The weather could be sunny and warm during the day, but the nights are often cool, so please dress accordingly. Comfortable walking shoes are advisable.

Bring a broad-brimmed hat, insect repellent, sunglasses and sunscreen. The Forest is a natural environment with potential asthma/allergy triggers, so come prepared.

MONEY

There will be credit card facilities available at the Bundaleer Bar. Cash-out and EFTPOS facilities are not available on site. The nearest Bank ATM machines are in Jamestown (side of the ANZ Bank and inside Commercial Hotel & Jamestown Hotel). Jamestown's hotels and supermarkets have EFTPOS facilities, as do most Jamestown businesses.

SMOKE FREE EVENT

Bundaleer Forest Weekend is a smoke-free event and is held during ForestrySA's Total Fire Ban period. Therefore there is absolutely no smoking permitted anywhere on the site.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Unless you have written permission from the organisers, you may not use any photographs taken at this event for commercial purposes. Sound and video recordings of performances are also off-limits, so please respect the rights of our performers in this regard

The Picnic Ground Gates open at 11 am Saturday and 9.30 pm on Sunday.

PARKING

Free parking is provided. Please take your time and drive safely at night. Be aware athat nocturnal wildlife is active at this time.

TRANSPORT

SHUTTLE BUSES

Regular shuttle buses will run between Jamestown and the Bundaleer Forest on Saturday.


BUS SERVICE

If you are staying at Burra or Clare there will be a bus service available on Saturday, returning after the Twilight Concert. Bookings essential.

DISABILITY ACCESS

 

The picnic ground and mainstage areas have wheelchair access and there are disability toilets on site. An access bus is available from the carpark, simply speak to the carpark managers on arrival.
